Among the months with rates loaded, the priciest are December and January (about 46 €) and the cheapest September (about 30 €). Months without a bar have no rate loaded yet: the hotel may not have opened sales for those dates. For the exact picture, click here and see it updated right now.

Real prices per night, taxes and fees included, for 2 people. Same method across all 12 months. Checked on 03/09/2026.

Months marked “·” don't have a rate loaded yet: the hotel opens its calendar in stretches. That does not mean the hotel is closed. If you're looking at those dates, check anyway: rates appear as soon as the hotel publishes them.

Rio is warm all year round. December to March is summer, with humid heat, New Year's Eve in Copacabana and Carnival; June to August is the carioca winter, drier and milder, and it's when hotels in Centro tend to be cheapest.

The location is central, which made getting here easy. The hotel has a service for leaving your bags while you move around the city, at an affordable cost. Breakfast is buffet style, it was varied and good.

Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Rio. The buffet breakfast was spectacular, good and varied. The receptionists were very friendly. What I didn't like: being charged to leave our rucksacks for a while.

Super central location, less than 200 metres from the metro station, plenty of places to eat around it. From the hotel we walked to the Selarón Steps and the cathedral. Breakfast was varied, better than many others in its price range.

The hotel is central, good location. The breakfast tasty and varied. The staff very friendly. What I didn't like: the rooms are a bit dark because of the inner courtyard, and the entrance is down an alley.

The receptionist Marcos was very warm when he welcomed me, and how close it is to the VLT.

What's worth knowing before you book

We'd rather tell you ourselves than have you find out on arrival. All of this comes from real reviews and the published ratings.

🏨

It's a simple hotel

No pool, no restaurant (breakfast only) and no communal areas beyond the lobby. Facilities score 7.3: what you pay for is the location, the breakfast and the service, not luxury.

📶

WiFi is the weak point

It scores 6.1 out of 10, well below the rest of the hotel (which averages 7.7). Fine for messaging and browsing; don't count on it for video work.

🚪

Entrance on a short street, rooms onto the courtyard

The entrance is on a small street off Cinelândia, and some rooms look onto an inner courtyard and are darker. If you'd rather have a window onto the street, ask for it when you book.

🏙️

It's Centro, not the beach

By day, Centro is Rio's cultural heart; at night it empties out and you need to keep your wits about you, as in any big city centre. Luggage storage is charged per item.
